Before taking birth into this world and before conception in my mother’s womb, I visited the KARMIC SHOPPING MALL in HEAVEN (Devloka). On arrival there I was welcomed by a host of Devtas and taken quickly into the shopping area by Narad, the astrologer and messenger of the Devtas. As I looked around, I saw many great souls, Rishis, Sages and Divine angels. There were Devtas everywhere. Kubera, the treasurer of the Gods, handed me a basket and said “shop with care, everything you need for your upcoming birth is in this shopping mall, choose carefully and take as much as you can carry”.
First I went to the DURGA store and picked up some love, tenderness, devotion and family togetherness. I then went to SHIVA store, where I got some strength, ambition, steadiness and longivity. Further down in the GANESH store I gathered, foundation, dedication, a few bags of faith and wisdom to remove obstacles. I could not help going into the VISHNU store where I picked up many boxes of patience, acceptance and control. At the BRAMHA store I picked up holy spirit, imagination, good words and enough inner peace to last me a lifetime, (this item was all over the mall, I need enough for both you and me).
I stopped at the HANUMAN(Air) store, where I obtained some appreciation, humility, good Health & Physical balance, then I rushed over to the SARASWATY(Knowledge) store for some learning, sharing, reading and solutions to all problems. BRAMHA gifted me the power of creativity while I was there. At the KRISHNA and RADHA store I gathered up love, salvation, harmony and bliss, (these were free, I got enough for everyone). There were many LAXMI stores which had peace, joy, material comfort and power, however, those shelves were very high and hard to reach, but I got enough to make myself and family comfortable. At the RAM AND SEETA store, I filled my cart with marriage, trust, love, friendship and co-operation. Close to the marriage store was the YAMALOKA (death) store, where packages of divorce, separation, abuse, disrespect and robbery were found, however, I skipped this store, since I did not want to take any of those items with me into the world ( I wished that store would go out of business soon).
I was ready to check out and leave, but on my way to the cash register, I saw more stores, the SURYA(SUN) store, I picked up some light, the CHANDRA(Moon) store I got some mental stability, the BUDH(Mercury) store, I got some educational success, from SHUKRA(Venus) store, I picked up some beauty and love-life, from the MANGAL(Mars) store, I gathered some breavery, from the BRIHASPATY(Jupiter) store, I picked-up protection and wealth, from the SHANEE(Saturn) store, I got some simplicity, consciousness and truthfulness, from the INDRA(Uranus) store, I got some ego and pride, from the VARUNA(Neptune) store, some emotion and feelings, and from the RUDRA(Pluto) store some solidity and foundation.
I finally proceeded to cash out. The lines to the cash registers were very long, people had products from the YAMRAJ (death) store. As I approached the register, CHITRAGUPTA (the karmic account manager), came to me and said, “my child, you do not have to pay, your GURU paid your complete bill in the last birth, please go freely about the universe with what you have”.
